I founded Sovereign Shield Technologies in Ada, on Chickasaw land, to build the sovereign hyperscaler for nations and communities. The work is a closed-loop node: Native-owned waste-to-energy, compute sized to what that energy actually produces, and software that keeps community data on the community's side of the wall.

Adaptive Inclusive Leadership Theory is the framework underneath that architecture. I developed it through doctoral research in Strategic Leadership. The book and the practice tools live at the AILT Institute. The theory itself stays with Sovereign Shield as Layer 1 of the stack. Governance before compute.

This journal is the daily record. One idea. One concrete anchor. A cost named out loud. It is written in the same voice I use when a node is late, not the voice I use when a slide is on time.

Why the work exists

The four people I do everything for are the four people I could not do one thing for.

My mother. Cancer caught too late. Sovereign Health OS exists because of that. My father. Lost when twenty-four hour home care became impossible alone. CareCircle exists because of that. My wife's father. Heart attack at fifty-three, found three days later. Wearable monitoring exists because of that. My wife's mother. Died around fifty-six.

Three children. Empty chairs at grandparents day on both sides. We are building it for the next family, in sovereign and rural communities, not as a slogan for a coast.
