A closed-loop node. Native-owned waste-to-energy on one side of the wall. Compute sized to what that energy actually produces. Absorption cooling from thermal exhaust. Distillation that returns potable water. Keys local. Audit logs that append and do not rewrite. PHI that never leaves the node.

Product
The same architecture, pointed at a different community problem. Health, caregiving, language, longevity, leadership practice. A product that cannot say who holds the keys is not ready, no matter how the evals look.
The closed loop
A campus that buys power, water, and cooling on the open market is someone else's hyperscaler with a new sign. A node that makes those three from the waste a community already produces is a different object. The compute load is a consequence of the energy, not the other way around.
Data follows the same loop. Raw PHI never leaves. Federated learning can move what a model learned, not what a patient said. The Sovereign Health LLM is trained on 41,000+ pairs, HIPAA-aligned, processed so the identifier never has to travel. Each node becomes the most knowledgeable system in the world about its own community. That is the opposite of a region you pick from a dropdown.
